When I moved to Chicago in 2021 this was one of the first bars I ever went to. Since then, it's become a staple. I moved back to Seattle this year and while visiting Chicago I made sure to take my friend here. The staff is always nice, the drinks are hand-crafted (rotating) and delicious - and the lemon pepper chicken! It's juicy, crispy and perfect. They always have great music playing that fits the vibe of the bar. I 100% recommend.

We swung by Arbella for a casual happy hour on a weekday night. The place was kind of empty so we could easily get a table. I have been here before and love the fact that one of the floors turn into a dance floor. Since we were there on a weekday, no one was dancing which was fine. The service was fast and the drinks and the food were great. We ordered the croquettes, truffle fries and chicken nuggets for our apps and they were all really good, especially the croquettes. We ordered the Bolivian passport and Amor Calente cocktails and they were really tasty, strong and refreshing. I will definitely be back, especially on a weekend.

Great time hanging with friends at Arbella. I have never been to a place with a variety of old fashion cocktails. The Istanbul was great, so I stuck with that one. My two friends enjoyed their drinks as well. Definitely a great and vibrant atmosphere you will enjoy while having drinks.

Located in the heart of Chicago's River North neighborhood, Arbella offers a sophisticated and stylish setting where you can relax and enjoy a unique cocktail experience. One of the best things about Arbella is their happy hour, which runs from 5 to 7 pm daily!!

A is for Arbella, A is for amazing. I meant to do this review long ago, infact, I was sure I did. I think I confused all my raving about this place to others as a review. My friend and I came here on a whim during a trip to the Windy City. We were blown away by the creativity of the cocktails and the delicious small plates. Some of the stars of the night were the whipped feta and lamb tacos. There was also some sort of wonton that I didn't capture but it was delicious! The ambiance of this place is classy casual. You could dress up. You could dress down and either way you wouldn't be out of place. The server was nice and made great recommendations. Highly recommend in a city with great food!

Popped in for drinks late on a weeknight and thoroughly enjoyed the vibe and drinks here! It's dark with loud music and nice decor. We sat at the bar and the service was quick and checked in often. Highly recommend the Abandon Ship if you're looking for a delicious tropical cocktail - or just a fun cocktail in general, as they have many choices.

We were looking for craft cocktails during the week within walking distance of our hotel and happened to stop into Arbella because of the happy hour they have posted on their website. Inside is quite quaint with the whole length of the place having bar seats. It is a smaller bar and would venture that it gets quite busy during the weekend. We stopped by during the week so we were able to snag two bar seats. The happy hour includes a shot, beer, wine, and craft cocktails. We each tried one of the happy hour cocktails. We really enjoyed the old-fashioned, this is definitely a must try! They also have a very nice happy hour food menu a couple next to us ordered the chicken tenders, and OMG they smelled amazing. Will have try these next time!

MOCKTAILS! Not only is their food delicious and amazing, but they have some of the best mocktail options I've ever had. My favorite so far has been their "Glad Matt is Gone-Lada" which is still currently on their menu. Their mocktails come in a pretty big glass which was lovely, and they really know how to make us non-alcoholic drinkers feel special. My hubby loves their traveling old fashioned selection as he is a huge old-fashioned fan. So far, his favorite is "The Oldest Fashioned." I had a taste of it, and it was really good. Everything from the ambiance, service, food, and location gives Arbella 5-stars. They do take reservations on their website. The hubs and I strolled in on a Saturday night at around 10:30pm without one and we were lucky to get a table so you never know. They have a live DJ and dance floor as well and the DJ was putting on some sick beats which I loved!

Wow! I was shook when I entered. The tall ceilings, the decor, the details, it was a sight to see. Very unique esthetic, I enjoyed every bit of it. They specialize in tapas and cocktails. We got there right before happy hour ended ordered a round real quick then, ordered food and more drinks. Met up with a friend for light giggles and eats. They played Rihanna all while we ate so we knew the night was for us. Enjoyed it! Enjoyed the staff as well. Will return

Cool place to grab a drink and meal with friends. Food: This was my first time here and was surprised how tasty the food was. Expect appetizer/bar type food on the menu versus full entrees. However, the portion size is plenty. We shared the Kentucky fried chicken tenders, lamb tacos, coconut shrimp, and french fries. Cocktails: I enjoyed an Arbella Martini. My friend tried a zero-proof that was decent. And then we ordered shots of tequila. Ha! This place will def encourage the flow of alcohol. ;) come during HH for the deals! Interior: I really have no idea what's past the bar area, so if you come try to explore more than me!
